Dr. Amy Rosenberg is a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 15 years of experience providing individual and couples therapy for adults across the lifespan. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Dr. Rosenberg earned her undergraduate degree from Quinnipiac University and received both her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She completed her APA-accredited predoctoral internship at Long Island Jewish Medical Center–Zucker Hillside Hospital and her APA-accredited postdoctoral fellowship at Emory University’s Grady Memorial Hospital, where she received advanced clinical training.

At the heart of Dr. Rosenberg’s work is the belief that meaningful growth begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. She strives to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their concerns, gaining insight, and working toward their goals. Through a collaborative and personalized approach, she helps individuals build resilience, deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and develop the confidence needed to move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
